Our client who is an international company based in West Yorkshire is looking for an experienced PA to work as a personal assistant to the Managing Director.
Key duties include:
• Undertaking all private and confidential tasks
• Diary management
• Creating, managing and maintaining databases
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Co-ordinating and booking travel
• Planning training
• Maintaining HR records
• Event management
You will have excellent word processing and general IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
