Operations Manager | Yorkshire | Salary £50-60K
Role:
Our client requires an experienced Operations Manager to be responsible for the day to day operational delivery of professional services teams within their York office. You will lead the professional services teams to deliver planned and improved performance and develop, implement and deliver successful strategies and business plans. You will also ensure all aspects of compliance and regulation are understood and upheld throughout the professional services team.
Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you will already be operating within a Senior Management structure in a professional or financial services organisation. In this role, you will have up to six Team Managers reporting into you, who each have teams of 12. Therefore it is essential that you will be experienced in managing managers and at leading and achieving results through large teams in a high performance culture.
