.Net Web Developer |  Leeds |  £Excellent

Our client is currently ooking for a .NET/C# developer with at least 5 years of ASP.Net experience to join their expanding web development team. The developer will be part of a small but growing team covering a wide variety of skill sets.  We are looking for someone with a solid grounding in web development with a passion for learning new technologies.

Responsibilities:

•    Developing websites and applications for new and existing clients
•    Working alongside the designers and other developers on projects
•    Liaising with project managers and clients to ensure project delivery
•    Working with more junior team members to help them develop their skills
•    Provide support existing websites

Skills Required:

•    The ability to communicate effectively both internally and to clients
•    The ability to write technical specifications
•    The ability to accurately estimate project timescales and deliver on schedule
•    Solid ASP.Net experience (preferably with C#)
•    SQL Server (MySQL desirable, but not essential)
•    XML/XSLT
•    HTML/JavaScript/CSS
•    Experience of developing and working with CMS systems
•    Experience of the Umbraco open source CMS would be be highly desirable, but is not essential
•    Experience of working with SEO would be advantageous
