Regional Project Manager - Construction
My client is an established national maintenance, painting and decorating contractor who require a Regional Project Manager.
The role is to project manage contracts within the Hotel & Leisure Sector covering projects North of the Cheshire Border, including Scotland. The role is mainly field based, with approximately 7 offices available to work from within the northern region.
The duties include, carrying out pre-work surveys; liaise with commercial teams; produce accurate financial accounts; liaise and manage the supply chain; hold pre-start meetings; monitor progress through to handover; hold client meetings during and
post contract; and obtain satisfaction results.
Experienced candidates are expected to be proactive in all aspects of the management of the programme and value chain to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget; obtain and produce accurate information ensuring that the Directors are fully appraised; have a professional, confident manner, with commercial awareness and influencing skills, effective communicator at all levels and willing to travel and stay away as necessary.
